aboutus
Since 2016 Beautiful Redemption has connected faith communities, child welfare agencies and individuals to help tens of thousands of at-risk children. We aim to create unity among the local church while we all work to serve kids in crisis.

We Dream About
Fully Engaged Churches
Churches and individuals are anxious to serve their community when they know what the needs are and how they can help. This is not a movement to "Help poor people." This is an essential part of the discipleship process for our people to love their literal neighbors right now, in tangible ways that show the love of Christ!
We Dream About Cooperation Rather than Competition
We have more than enough resources to care for the children and families in our community by working in cooperation instead of competition with each other. We believe that the collective church is the answer to the crisis that plagues our State. There is no single congregation that will carry out the Great Commission alone. It takes all of us putting aside our logos and letting the world know us by the way we love one another.
We Dream About
A World that Hears the Voices of the Forgotten and Responds
If we want to start making a difference in our future generations, we have to start at ground zero - the foster care system. To put it kindly, the statistics are not in their favor. Jesus said that true religion was to look after orphans and widows... But if you were to do that right now... how would you do it? Jesus also said that when you care for the "least of these" it is as if you are showing love to me. That means, when we love and provide for these children, we are ministering to the heart of God Himself!
Meet The Team
Mike Worley
Founder / CEO
Mike and Leesa Worley founded "Beautiful Redemption" in August 2015. Through their personal experience as foster and adoptive parents of their three youngest children, as well as 34 years of pastoral experience, the Worleys found that there were many communities of people who would be eager to help with the needs of the community if they only knew what those needs were and had a simple way to answer them.
Chris Lindgren
Director of Operations
Chris joined the Beautiful Redemption team in 2018 and has been critical in expanding the ministry into the Denver area. He is passionate about seeing churches love and serve foster kids and families in crisis in a variety of ways. He has a brilliant engineer mind and keeps us running smoothly as an organization. His life was radically changed through the adoption of his son, Zachary. He is married to an amazing woman named Bethany, and together, they now have 5 young boys!
Steve Ringelspaugh
Director of Outreach
Steve and his beautiful wife, Katie have always had a passion for helping kids. After serving and leading in youth ministry for all of his adult life, he realized that he was never going to impact an entire generation of kids by himself. From there, he began to dream about building a network of churches and individuals who could put aside differences to work together for the benefit of others. Steve and Katie have 2 beautiful kiddos - Judah and Zoey.
